Our tour included people who bought the other package. We thought we'd be able to walk around a village but there was nothing near the museum so we basically had to either tour the museum or sit on the bus. The museum was really interesting and worth the price so I'm glad we did it. We also had to pay an additional amount to take the Lake Geneva boat to the Chateaux de Chillon. Also…”

“Buying the tickets in advance was not worth it. There is no clear directions on how to use the tickets and how to return when you leave the castle. The ticket booth attendant at the port told us they had nothing to do with those tickets and there was no one else there to provide information. Additionally, if you are staying in a Montreux hotel, they provide the Riviera Card that includes the round trip to Chillón for free, among other attractions. The boat also has a first class and second class sections. This was not specified at all in the tickets. Totally disappointing.”
