The bus tour gave a great overview of Geneva, my only negative for this whole tour is that on the second level of the bus, it was VERY difficult to hear the guide's words. He was very friendly and even allowed for a quick trip to pick up a cake to enjoy on the boat portion of the trip. The boat tour was relaxing g and comfortable.”

“You need to redeem a paper ticket from Box office which was not clear to many people. Late departure by 10 min. Initially commentary did not match where we were. The stop along way scheduled ten minutes was over 15 minutes. Then last part was stuck idling in traffic for over 25 minutes - yes that can’t be avoided but nearly 1/4 tour with traffic should be advised. Would have been good to have a higher up point for photo opportunity”

“Terrible. We arrived at the location 10 minutes before departure and checked in at the office and were told the bus hadn’t arrived. So we waited in the lot until 15 minutes after our departure time. When we called Viator to request a refund, they said they would get back to us. I just received an email declining my request. According to them the bus was on the lot and left on time despite the office on the lot telling us it hadn’t arrived yet. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed!”

The experience of being at Mont Blanc and the glacier made us feel like we were inside of a National Geographic magazine. If you go, dress warm in layers, you will need extra layers for those two parts of the experience.”
