The bus tour gave a great overview of Geneva, my only negative for this whole tour is that on the second level of the bus, it was VERY difficult to hear the guide's words. He was very friendly and even allowed for a quick trip to pick up a cake to enjoy on the boat portion of the trip. The boat tour was relaxing g and comfortable.”

“Terrible. We arrived at the location 10 minutes before departure and checked in at the office and were told the bus hadn’t arrived. So we waited in the lot until 15 minutes after our departure time. When we called Viator to request a refund, they said they would get back to us. I just received an email declining my request. According to them the bus was on the lot and left on time despite the office on the lot telling us it hadn’t arrived yet. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed!”

“Niels was our guide and showed us a great time! The experience was well planned and executed and Niels shared a lot of interesting information along the weay. The experience of being at Mont Blanc and the glacier made us feel like we were inside of a National Geographic magazine. If you go, dress warm in layers, you will need extra layers for those two parts of the experience.”

He had our tickets ready so we did not have to wait and parked us close so we did not have to walk a long way. This was a fun trip and we learned a lot about chocolate and cheese. We really enjoyed tasting all those chocolates and the fondue lunch. Definitely one trip you want to make.”

“Well, it was a small boat, 12 seater at best, and we were abt 8 passengers. The captain was a pleasant host, but only at the time of boarding...he introduced himself, put out the drink and cheese and then disappeared, not to be seen again ! There was no commentary of the sights, not even a recorded version...and while the boat made a smooth sailing, the master made no attempt to mingle with the passengers - this aspect needs to be improved in top priority.”

“The trip was good, but did not provide participants very good direction. Unfortunately there was not enough time to see Mer de Glacé and ice caves - even though we paid for it. I would find another option that leaves at 8:30am (instead of 10:30am). Also, DON’T FOGET YOUR PASSPORT!”

“Of the six tours that we booked this one was beyond disappointing. We had a driver and tour guide, and how is it possible that there were no introductions of who are tour guide was until one hour and 55 minutes later when we got to our first destination. Getting off of the bus you could barely hear what the tour guide was telling us and then it was like a freefall, knowing that we had to be back to the bus at a certain time. The advertisement of a chocolate factory was beyond disappointing, as we have visited chocolate factories in many different countries and this just seem to…”
