“We had a wonderful guide, David, who was very knowledgeable about Geneva, Switzerland and France. He explained in detail what to expect from the trip, and was very pleasant and kind to everyone. He had our tickets ready so we did not have to wait and parked us close so we did not have to walk a long way. This was a fun trip and we learned a lot about chocolate and cheese. We had a driver and tour guide, and how is it possible that there were no introductions of who are tour guide was until one hour and 55 minutes later when we got to our first destination. “Total scam of our money, we booked the tour to the Lindt factory with a ride. The ride was supposed to pick us up at 1pm at our accommodation and provide us with the tickets. “A lot of information but not a lot of fun. The automated 'cars' take you into cylindrical rooms where you learn about the how chocolate is made. Having been to Cadburys World we didn't feel we learnt a lot. I'd have been interested in learning more about how they picked different flavours, researched new ideas etc. The space wa well used but felt a little sparse outside of the rooms. Staff were very friendly though and tried to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.”
