“You need to redeem a paper ticket from Box office which was not clear to many people. Late departure by 10 min. Initially commentary did not match where we were. The stop along way scheduled ten minutes was over 15 minutes. Then last part was stuck idling in traffic for over 25 minutes - yes that can’t be avoided but nearly 1/4 tour with traffic should be advised. Would have been good to have a higher up point for photo opportunity”

“This is not a tour nor an experience, it’s pretty much transportation. It would be nice to be told that you’re going to be sharing transportation with another group that’s doing a more expensive and fancier tour to the top of the highest peak in Europe. The Tour Guide left with that Group at the first stop and we were alone with the driver. The second stop, again we were on our own and we had to pay for additional activities, which is fine but for the price, I wouldn’t expect at least a bottle of water.”
