“Pros- views were absolutely spectacular. Lauterbrunnen is a sweet town. Worth the stop. Grindelwald was highlight. Gondola ride to top was well worth it. Cons- was insured to arrive 15 minutes early. Tour guide and bus was 17 minutes later than scheduled pickup time. AC did not work properly- long ride from Grindelwald to Interlaken was miserably hot. All complained. Food at grindelwald cafeteria was awful - though no fault of the tour our recommendation is to dine on town at the base of the mountain. Interlaken stop was unnecessary. Not much to see - small strip of stores and a casino. Overall we recommend because views and total experience.”

“I would’ve given it 5 stars if not for the 1-hour delay (due to a pick-up time misunderstanding betwen the bus driver & the tour guide). We basically lost an hour’s chance to enjoy Interlaken more. Anyway, i would still highly recommend this tour especially Grindelwald which is so picturesque.”

“Our guide, Michael was great! The cable car ride was amazing. Unfortunately the weather was stormy so we didn’t see much. Suggest checking out the weather and canceling before 24 hours of the tour, unless you are ok with not seeing much. We actually had a blast! A hike in the rain, the eeriness of the clouds we were in and warm tea afterwards.”
