“Total scam of our money, we booked the tour to the Lindt factory with a ride. The ride was supposed to pick us up at 1pm at our accommodation and provide us with the tickets. We actually took a very expensive taxi from the airport of Zurich to the accommodation to be there on time for our 1pm tour. We waited outside the accommodation at 12:40pm so we were clearly visible and early. Barely anyone walked by at one point and older man with a hat walked by looking at his phone as if he was waiting for someone, we approached him and asked if he was the driver for…”

“A lot of information but not a lot of fun. The automated 'cars' take you into cylindrical rooms where you learn about the how chocolate is made. Having been to Cadburys World we didn't feel we learnt a lot. I'd have been interested in learning more about how they picked different flavours, researched new ideas etc. The space wa well used but felt a little sparse outside of the rooms. Staff were very friendly though and tried to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.”

Chocolate factory tour was so interactive and samples were very tasty.”
