Review of Zermatt’s private full-day ski lesson, with guide quality, costs, logistics, Sunnegga skiing, and practical booking advice.
“Our guide, Matt, was truly outstanding. He went above and beyond to navigate us through Zermatt, shared helpful tips throughout the day, and made the experience enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and personable—10/10, and we would absolutely book with him again. Unfortunately, our 2-star rating reflects the company’s organization and lack of transparency. The tour is marketed as a “VIP” guiding experience, but the logistics fell far short of that description. The Viator webpage provided very little practical information in advance. We were not told what lift tickets to purchase, where to rent equipment, or realistic rental costs. The listing stated “Ski & Snowboard Hire – estimated CH...”
Assemble a mechanical watch in Zurich at the Maurice de Mauriac atelier, with expert guidance, Swiss watchmaking history, and a keepsake gift.
“It is very difficult to write this review as I don’t have the words to articulate how wonderful a time we had… (Ha Ha see the play on time and this being a review for a watch manufacture class?). A five-star rating does not do this experience justice, the shop is lovely and eclectic in a very homey comfortable way, like when you go over to a friend’s house… comfortable, welcoming, unpretentious but classy, sophisticated, energetic… you must go to see and feel it. The Dreifuss family, Daniel, Leonard, Massimo are probably the coolest trio on the planet, and we could not have spent enough time hanging out with them.…”

Learn Italian online with a native teacher using Rome’s Colosseum, Vatican, Forum, and Pantheon as practical lesson themes.
