The tour is marketed as a “VIP” guiding experience, but the logistics fell far short of that description. The Viator webpage provided very little practical information in advance. We were not told what lift tickets to purchase, where to rent equipment, or realistic rental costs. The listing stated “Ski & Snowboard Hire – estimated CH...”

I didnt see any lockers to store your shoes/ personal items after changing into ski gear...i think they should add a pic taken person. During sking to one to take your pics...lol.... We met our guide at the hotel and she brought us to various parts of the mountain. Her advice and tips on techniques were great. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with. We had an amazing time on the mountain and would very much recommend this tour!”
